Dr. Randall Weil, MD, FACS

Cosmetic Surgeon Dr. Weil is a native Californian, born, raised and currently residing in San Francisco. He received his medical training at Baylor University in Texas. He returned home to San Francisco to complete his surgical residency and additional study and training. He has been practicing here for over 20 years.

His interests and hobbies include fine art collecting, world travel, wind surfing, cycling and working out in the gym.

Julie Huynh – Patient Care Coordinator

Julie Huynh is our Patient Care Coordinator specializing in Chinese and Vietnamese speaking patients. Julie will be there every step of the way for our Asian patients who feel more comfortable communicating in their native language. She will help translate all of their questions during consultations and follow up appointments to Dr. Weil. There isn't anything Julie won't do for her patients.

Julie has been working in the cosmetic industry for over 15 years. She was born in Vietnam and has lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for over twenty years with her husband and daughter.

Thena Holmen, R.N. – Injectables and IPL Technician

Thena Holmen RN, is our clinical nurse specialist for all your medical skin needs. She has 18 years of experience in Plastic Surgery and skincare and specializes in Juvederm, Botox, Restylane, Perlane, Collagen, and IPL therapy. With her expertise and artistic eye, she will help restore a natural youthful look to your face. She teaches her skills nationally and internationally to physicians and nurses. Prior to Plastic Surgery, she worked in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care in Hawaii and San Francisco. She looks forward to meeting you and offering you the beauty of experience in safe, effective, non-invasive cosmetic procedures.

Kerry Saylor, R.N. – Cosmetic Surgery Center Nurse

Kerry Saylor is our Registered Nurse, Administrator at Dr. Weil's Surgery Center. She will be at your side before, during and after surgery to ensure your safety and comfort. Kerry recognizes that having cosmetic surgery can be very emotional. She will do everything she can to alleviate any concerns you may have and make this a pleasant experience for you. She will also give you helpful hints on things to do to have a quick and smooth recovery.

Kerry graduated from University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. She spent the first 5 years of her nursing career at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on the Neurosurgical Unit. Kerry was born in La Canada, California and has been living in San Francisco for over five years.

Sharon Butler – Medical Assistant

Sharon Butler is our medical assistant at both the surgery center and Dr. Weil's office. She will assist in your care to assure all of your questions and needs have been met. She will also work side by side with Dr. Weil, your Nurse and Anesthesia Provider to ensure your safety during and after your procedure. Sharon's comforting and genuine personality will have you forgetting you're having surgery.

Sharon has been working in the cosmetic surgery industry for over five years. She recently went back to school to further her education as a medical assistant. Sharon lives outside San Francisco with her husband and two children.
